Welcome to Bridal Gown Cleaning Experts (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using our site.
We provide bridal gown cleaning, preservation, repairs, and related services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
All bookings must be confirmed through our website, email, or by phone.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfer.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without notice.
We offer pickup and delivery services within Sydney and surrounding areas. You are responsible for providing accurate address details and being available at the agreed time. Additional fees may apply for missed pickups or redelivery.
All gowns are assessed upon arrival, and we will advise if any stains or damage may not be fully removable.
While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal, especially for older or set-in stains.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
When selecting preservation services, your gown will be stored in a custom preservation box designed to protect it. We recommend storing the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
We handle each gown with great care. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridal Gown Cleaning Experts is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or deterioration
Damage resulting from hidden weaknesses or prior treatments
Loss or damage arising from incorrect storage or handling after delivery
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.
Refunds for cancellations are at our discretion and may be subject to an administration fee.
Once cleaning or preservation work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
